It starts with the AI Opportunity Audit at $1,500, a fixed fee. Building an assistant starts at $2,500 each, set up and tuned. Running one starts at $150 a month per assistant, plus AI usage at cost. If you go ahead with a build within 30 days, the audit fee is credited in full toward it.
What do we get from the AI Opportunity Audit?

Is the $150 a month rate available to everyone?
$150 a month per assistant is the starting rate for customers on a C3 managed plan (Essential, Professional or Enterprise). Without a managed plan, running an assistant starts at $225 a month. Either way, AI usage is passed through at cost and itemized.
Does the assistant send anything on its own?
No. The assistant drafts. Nothing is sent until your person approves it.
Can the AI get things wrong?
Yes. A draft can be wrong, which is why a person on your team reads and approves everything before it goes out. We also tell you which tasks should stay with a person.
Where does our business information go?
That is your choice, task by task. Managed cloud runs on our systems using a leading AI provider, and is the lowest cost. C3 private runs on our systems and our own AI hardware, and nothing goes outside. Your cloud account means a server you own in the cloud, which we run for you. On your premises means a box in your building, and your data never leaves. We work out which fits each task during the audit.
