Managed IT / Clemson corridor

Less disruption.
More room to work.

Managed IT connects the daily work of monitoring, maintenance and support to a longer-term plan for your business.

Talk through your needs ↗

What does a managed plan actually cover?

Coverage depends on your tier. Essential starts with availability and disk-health monitoring. Professional and Enterprise add broader systems and application monitoring, patching, end-user help desk and backup of systems and seats. You can compare the published coverage before you commit.

01

Understand

Start with the systems people rely on, recurring problems and the work an interruption would stop.

02

Maintain

Match monitoring and maintenance to your plan, with issues surfaced for human investigation.

03

Improve

Use what support reveals to guide practical next steps, rather than treating each incident in isolation.

The details matter

Know what to expect.

Monitoring is continuous. Human response has defined hours.

Automated monitoring runs continuously. Human support is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern. A first-response target describes when a person engages; it is not a promise that the problem will be resolved in that time. See the plan comparison for the targets and exclusions.

One plan, with clear boundaries

Professional and Enterprise include end-user help desk, patching and backup of systems and seats. Essential is a narrower monitoring plan, with backup available as an option. Equipment purchases and separately scoped projects should be discussed before work begins.

A partner for the next decision

A replacement server, a growing team or a recurring network issue can change what your business needs. C3 helps connect those decisions to the operating picture. Enterprise includes strategic advisory; individual consulting projects are scoped separately.
